In order to meet the needs of “non traidtional” customer-oriented markets, where different skills are needed, we have developed a number of new products based on traditional cheeses:
  • Medium Fat, Soft Emmental
  • Medium Fat, Soft Cheddar
  • Medium Fat, Soft Edam
  • Medium Fat, Soft Gouda
  • Medium Fat, Hard Ribekase

We also have developed products as a result of  skimming milk and adding vegetable fat. These are already prepared for the coagulation of milk in the production of low-cholesterol products.
